This page explains how to request deletion of your Ride or Wrong community account and what happens to community data when a deletion request is submitted.

Request Community Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Ride or Wrong community account directly in the app:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Open Community
  3. Tap Request Account Deletion

Deletion requests are initiated inside the app. You do not need to email support or complete a separate web form to start the process.

What Happens When You Submit a Request

  • local community data is cleared from your current device
  • community actions are paused while the request is processed
  • your request is reviewed and completed through Hazcub’s app-managed community deletion process

What Community Data Is Removed

When a deletion request is completed, Ride or Wrong removes app-managed community data tied to that player from distribution, including:

  • public community profile and badge data
  • published community quizzes
  • public score records tied to the player
  • community challenge records tied to the player
  • follow, block, and report records tied to the player, as applicable

Local community drafts, follows, bookmarks, and community notification settings are cleared from the device when the request is submitted.

Important Notes

  • core single-player gameplay is separate from optional community features
  • community features use Apple services including Game Center, iCloud, and CloudKit
  • some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate safety, moderation, or fraud-prevention purposes
